We are a leading Australian education and migration consulting firm seeking highly motivated Education Counsellor, Admissions Officer, and Office Admin to join our busy onshore education teams in Melbourne.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop new clients and build close relationships with potential clients;

    • Provide education consulting services to existing clients through a combination of phone and face-to-face sales activities;

    • Assist clients with the process of Australian Student Visa applications;

    • Liaise between schools and clients;

    • Implement and coordinate social media strategies and campaigns;

    • Actively participate in marketing events and campus activities;

    • General administrative duties;

    • Maintain our reputation for the highest customer service standards in the education services industry.

    Key Selection Criteria:

    • At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an education or migration consulting company;

    • Demonstrated understanding of and experience in the Australian education market and international student recruitment industry;

    • Knowledge of and experience in implementing and coordinating social media strategies and campaigns;

    • High level of effective communication and excellent organizational skills;

    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both businesslike written and verbal;

    • Ability to deal tactfully with confidential matters/conflicts and with people from all sectors of the community, both local and international;

    • A valid visa to work in Australia.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide support to senior education counsellors;

    • Assist clients with school/university applications, offer letters, confirmation of enrollment (CoE), and enrollment procedures;

    • Prepare statements of purpose with CRICOS institutions;

    • Assist clients in preparing documents for Australian Student Visa applications;

    • Provide ongoing support to international students by assisting RMAs with subclass 485 visa applications and ensuring compliance with Australian immigration regulations;

    • Follow standard CRM sales process to record and update all client communications and application progress;

    • General administrative duties include managing reception occasionally, handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondences, filling and archiving files, etc.

    • Provide education consulting services to existing clients through a combination of phone and face-to-face sales activities;

    • Assist clients with the process of Australian Student Visa applications;

    • Relevant work experience is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with day-to-day running of administration work such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting walk in clients, managing emails, organizing appointments, filing, typing, scanning, documents archiving, etc.

    • Maintain and order office supplies and staff amenities.

    • Maintain office tidiness.

    • Assist education team with insurance application, health check booking, police check ordering and basic paper works.

    • Provide support to other departments as required

    • Excellent presentation and service-oriented attitude

    Key Selection Criteria:

    As a suitable candidate you will need to posse the following skills and attributes:

    • Reliable and highly organized with attention to detail with a team player attitude

    • Self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Mandarin and English

    • Moderate computer literacy skills (Microsoft office)

    • Accurate data entry skills; maintaining and updating records

    • Exceptional phone manner

    • Holding Permanent Residency or a Bridging Visa
